Today already has risen 0.8 º C, and at this point stop emitting greenhouse gases we have committed additional 0.6C issues made today.

Simultaneously warn that failure to put in place emergency measures to eliminate deep emissions have ensured the rise of 4 º C mean temperature.

The British Met Office has recently developed an interactive map following the latest published research and peer tested by the Met Office cisntificos’s own and other renowned scientists. This map reflects the changes that the rise in average temperature of 4 º C would result in different territories and ecosystems, and believes that these changes can take place about 2060 or 2070.

The map is also available in Castilian and in pdf format and want to be a tool to bring urgent relief agreements and deep in the Copenhagen meeting in December, bringing together scientists, governments and NGOs in 162 countries in meeting of the Parties Convention on Climate Change UN COP15, to replace the existing and expiring Kyoto Protocol.

The association Greenpeace warned against a possible collapse of the glacier Pertermann (Greenland), which could fragment the effect of high temperatures. Since early this summer, the association made an expedition aboard the icebreaker ‘Arctic Sunrise’ with which aims to assess the impact of climate change on Sermilik Fjord, Canada.

a victim of global warming

Thus, environmentalists warned of the danger that such phenomena occur, since such fragmentation would adrift an icy surface equivalent to Manhattan Island.

In this sense, Greenpeace noted that a rise in global average temperature above 20 degrees would risk that much will have melted permanently frozen zone, which would raise the average global sea level about seven meters.

“The impacts of climate change will breakneck speed, so the world’s governments must agree to reduce carbon dioxide emissions that cause at the same speed,” claimed the campaign responsible for Climate Change and Energy from Greenpeace Raquel Monton.

Therefore, the environmental group appealed to the responsibility of the Prime Minister, José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero, “to go personally to the December summit in Copenhagen climate and support a 2020 agreement providing for reductions in emissions of greenhouse gases developed countries of 40 percent over 1990.

Also asked to be financed in developing countries with 110,000 million euros a year “to be able to combat global warming and stop deforestation in the Amazon, the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and Indonesia by 2015.”

A early April made public the second report in this occasion very devastating, pointing out the consequences of global warming that “cause more damage and faster than expected.”But nobody is satisfied with the objectives and means proposed by this body, Ecologists in Action and Greenpeace, point out that this strategy against climate change “lacks ambitious targets, concrete measures and timetables for action, and does not guarantee the emission reductions needed to meet the Kyoto Protocol.

<img src="http://www.thecornerreport.com/media/blogs/links/airpoll.jpg"alt="Global warming will cause"width="400">

In February, the IPCC presented the findings “devastating” in its first report (pdf) on climate change. Announced during this century will increase the temperature to 4 ° C and sea levels increase by at least 19 centimeters.

<img src="http://www.abc.net.au/reslib/200704/r136058_460550.jpg"alt="Global warming will cause more damage"width="450">

In early April issued a second report (pdf), in this occasion very devastating, pointing out the consequences of global warming, which “will cause more damage and more quickly than expected.

<img src="http://static.guim.co.uk/sys-images/Environment/Pix/columnists/2009/2/26/1235670616111/Animal-skull-lies-on-drie-001.jpg"alt="Global warming damage and faster"width="450">

The temperatures will rise between 1.5 and 2.5 degrees, sea level will rise to 30% of species will disappear. ” Ecosystems such as corals, polar, tundra, boreal forest or the mountains and the Mediterranean regions will inevitably be affected, and the oceans, marine ecosystems in general and fisheries resources. The most affected regions are the Arctic, sub-Saharan Africa, the small islands and large deltas of Asia, thus lower social classes and countries of the South will be the main victims.

The effects of fire on vegetation are complex. That is why a policy of fire management must be based on both criteria, economic and social.

Natural role of fire

<img src="http://www.uoregon.edu/~donovan/images/Forest%20Fire.bmp"alt="Fires at Forest "width="450">

Whether from natural or anthropogenic (human case), fire plays a role in forest dynamics. Depending on the intensity, frequency and extent of the fire, the fire may allow the continuation or conversion of a settlement. The boreal forest is regularly ravaged by fire. Forest fires play a major role in the distribution and composition of plant communities. Species, communities and entire ecosystems have adapted to its passage more or less frequent. Fire is a first for the maintenance of the normal cycle of reproduction and growth of these ecosystems. There is an element of renewal in the boreal forest and an integral part of its life cycle.

Protected Areas

In Quebec, efforts to protect forests against fire territories aimed primarily public and private development located on the extreme southern Quebec to near the 51st parallel. These forests correspond to the intensive protection zone which covers an area of approximately 52 000 000 ha. A policy of exclusion of fire, that any forest fire must be fought systematically, is applied in this area. A program to prevent fires of anthropogenic origin is also in force.

<img src="http://ecoworld.com/articles/images/feature_perc_fire.jpg"alt="Responsibility Fires at Forest "width="380">

From the perspective of conservation of forests, the Department is developing a policy for integration of fire in forest management that would maintain the forest yields and socio-economic activities, while respecting the integrity of forest ecosystems .

Outside the intensive protection zone is the area limited protection. In this area, the operations against the lamps are made only when a fire threatens the forest in the intensive protection zone, or in support of civil security to ensure the safety of local people and protection of Community goods. Most often caused by lightning, fires burn in the protection zone and sometimes restricted to large areas. The natural role of fire is omnipresent in the area.

President of Profor, Spain Forestry Association, and Professor of Forestry and Management of Dasometría of the UPM, this article analyzes the causes of forest fires and calls for European funds are mator to engage in forest policy.

<img src="http://blog.eduzones.com/images/blog/clip/2009021800704.jpg"alt="responsibility for forest""width="450">

Every year at this time, the fires have arrived. And as always, to Galicia with the virulence usual. Maybe this year, but that meets Galicia, alone, nearly 50% of fires in Spain is not new, has spent years going. Galicians should analyze why, but it is difficult to understand.

<img src="http://www.treehugger.com/20090729-forest-fire.jpg"alt="forest""width="450">

For a fire to occur, a lack three things: heat, oxygen and fuel. Air and fuel, in this case forest, there is throughout and the heat source is usually the produce man. And the place for many reasons, there is no need to consult statistics. Most often caused by negligence, and less by economic interests. Neither the timber nor the speculators are producing urban fires. Any message or initiative to divert attention to such groups merely to exonerate those responsible, although in reality we have to blame a little all.

<img src="http://www.treehugger.com/turkey-forest-fire-smoke-2008.jpg"alt="fires""width="450">

Some, for laziness, others for lack of civility, others by irresponsible, others by demagogues, and not just on silent. Because inertia is burning stubble or pasture without considering the consequences. Because lack of civility is throwing a cigarette butt or barbecues are not due, although it can be. Why is that irresponsible blames the government when the only money they spend little or much, in the prevention and extinction. Accomplice because he knows who is burning and not complaint. Because rhetoric is burning pine and eucalyptus and no oak or beech. Are climatic conditions, together with the action of man, not the forest species that favor this type of disaster.

And because it burns more and more forests are more people, and because the mountain is no longer creates wealth as before. And because there is a strong bet to make real and effective forest policy. The solution is not to give grants in the burned areas, the money must come before, not after, because if not, end up being one more reason to be burned. Subsidize prevention, active management, wealth creation and jobs. And for this we are now in a crucial and decisive moment.

In the political sphere is deciding the destination of European funds for rural development for the period 2007-2013, the EAFRD fund. The money that has done so much for agriculture and animal husbandry in Spain in recent years and so little for our mountains. I think it is good time for the two ministers of Agriculture and the Environment, are calmly, without suspicion or corporate interests spurious, and make policy for the countryside, because the agricultural forestry is also not only the agricultural and livestock.

The destruction of the ozone layer is a major problem for the world of today and tomorrow. The ozone layer is a thin protective in the stratosphere twenty-five about thirty-five kilometers from the earth’s surface. The ozone protects the environment and health of the population to radiation from the sun and the sun’s ultraviolet rays. Without the ozone layer around the world suffer because of global warming, the kings of the sun penetrates the earth directly, without the ozone layer. Kings ultraviolet cause skin cancer, weakening of the immune system, destruction of agriculture, impeded the plants, and cataracts of the eyes.

The Destruction of the Ozone Layer

There are many things that cause the destruction of the layer. Most of the chemicals are. The chemicals that destroy the ozone layer are found in cars, the air conditioning, refrigerators, and the fire extinguiéndoos. The problem is mainly the world, particularly in industrial countries. If we had wanted to preserve the ozone layer, we would have instilled regulations to conserve it. But now there are regulations that are helping to keep the population but must also help the ozone layer or disappear.

If we are to preserve and protect the ozone layer, we have to do many things. People have to drive less and use the public transportation system. Large factories have to use fewer chemicals that destroy the CFCs and HFCs can be found in refrigerators. The layer is necessary for the survival of all species in the world. If we were fully lead the ozone layer, which would prohibit the use of chemicals and the use of bad cars. But this is not realistic. We have to use cars and some of the bad chemicals, but we have to use as little as possible to preserve the ozone layer.

Ozone laye

Now there is a large hole in the ozone layer over Antarctica. CFC caused this because every thread of CFC destroys a part of the ozone layer. The hole was as big as the U.S. and as deep as Mount Everest on. In recent years, the hole was smaller than the year nineteen hundred and ninety-two, when the hole was bigger than the U.S. The best thing today is that everyone is learned about the ozone layer and the importance of. In many countries have legislation which prohibits destroying chemical. The world is moving in the right direction but we must continue to preserve the ozone layer and also have to protect it. The governments of most countries of the world are agreed that the destruction of the ozone layer is a major problem for the world. All countries agree has used chemical weapons that destroyed the layer below. All countries have signed the Montreal Protocol. In this contract, the countries agreed to use their countries’ scientists to learn about the layer and the destruction of the. Many of these countries also prohibit the use of chemical destruyéndoos. But not all countries agree to use less chemical. Now there is the problem of chemical pollution, it also destroys the ozone layer. Means that we must conserve and try to repair the ozone layer to protect the land

Stop using bad chemicals

The solution to the problem is to stop using bad chemicals and build cars that cause less pollution. If you would like to fully restore the ozone layer, we should stop driving and use of these chemicals.

Can we explain all the suffering

In their wisdom, our Creator does not always give us the answer we want. It is rare for us to disclose the specific reason for the choices you make. However, always has good reasons.

For example, God freed the Apostle Paul many difficulties, but at least one occasion it did not, despite the pleas of Paul (2 Corinthians 12:7-10). On that occasion, his response to Paul was: “Bástate my grace, for my power is made perfect in weakness.”
In this case, to strengthen a spiritual aspect of the perspective of Paul or his character was more important than his physical well-being.

suffering of each person could be traced back

This example should help us to understand that the prospect of God is different from ours (Isaiah 55:8-9, 2 Peter 3:8). Sometimes it feels that the lessons of character we need to learn are more important than our physical and mental wellbeing. On these occasions we should not think that God hears our prayers, because it does. What happens is that sometimes we do not accept his answer, which says “no” or “not now”, or as in the case of the Apostle Paul: “I have something in mind for you.”

We need to be aware that God has promised not tested beyond what we can resist (1 Corinthians 10:13). Paul gave us an extraordinary example. Simply trust the wisdom of God and decided to continue doing the work that he had called to do.

If we are overwhelmed by suffering and God does not remove it, especially when circumstances are beyond our control, we must follow the sage advice gives us Peter: “So those who suffer according to God’s will entrust their souls to faithful Creator, and do good “(1 Peter 4:19).

Consider the specific suffering that Peter had in mind: “If you vituperados by the name of Christ, you are blessed, because the glorious Spirit of God rests upon you. . . So none of you suffer as a murderer, or thief, or evildoer, or interfere in other people, but if anyone suffers as a Christian, do not be ashamed, but glorify God for it “(vv. 14-16).

Consider the specific suffering

If the suffering of each person could be traced back to its own breach of a specific law, it would be easier to understand and accept as a fair result. But it is rarely so simple.

By providing freedom of choice, God has allowed us to accept or reject your guide, we choose to submit or rebel, make wise choices or unwise decisions. In doing so, has not determined our future.

We have freedom to manage our car recklessly or after drinking too much, toxin free to fill our environment, freedom to eat without a care for our health. Each of us has the freedom and the same is true with all our neighbors. All our actions and the consequences of them. The freedom to choose is a wonderful gift, but also imposes a great responsibility that we have not met very well, as evidenced by our suffering world.

This allows us to understand a little why innocent people, including children, sometimes suffer from the bad decisions of others. On those occasions when we need more love and consolation of God, our family and our friends.

None of us is immune to the consequences of acts, whether ours or those of others. Both the person who contracted a disease with an undetermined origin as the small child who is born with a congenital disease, have to suffer for it, though not necessarily because they have done something improper.

Those who are injured or killed in accidents or natural disasters, are often innocent victims. Not all suffering is the result of personal disobedience or irresponsible behavior of the person who suffers. Even the Ten Commandments God reminds us that the consequences of our wrong actions can affect our descendants for several generations (Exodus 20:5).

Often the true cause of suffering can not be explained, at least not in this life. Sometimes the best we can do is explain by the concept that the Bible is referred to as “time and chance” (Ecclesiastes 9:11). Although it is not God who causes the accident, neither is involved in governing the life of every human being to the point to prevent any misfortune. Paul tells us that. ” . . we see from a mirror, darkly “(1 Corinthians 13:12). In this life some things will never fully understand, only seen in the world to come.

We must realize that the suffering that occurs as a result of “time and chance” is not suffering without cause. You may not be related to a specific behavior, but is the result of one or more patterns of conduct that humanity has followed since its inception.

By sinning, Adam chose to depart from God, and since then the rest of humanity has followed the same path. “Therefore as sin entered the world by one man and death through sin, so death passed upon all men because all sinned” (Romans 5:12).

One consequence of the decision that took humanity to live contrary to God’s instructions, is that the world is at the mercy of the whims of the time and occasion, “and the actions of others. This pattern will prevail until Christ returns to establish God’s kingdom on earth. Then the whole world will be filled with the knowledge of God and his just laws (Isaiah 11:9). Finally, all mankind may live in a world just and right.

I found a very interesting list of measures to mitigate the effect of global warming. The list has been proposed by a member of CSIC. What I like is that they are simple to implement and very practical:

Shipping. Reduce individual and collective means to promote.
Domestic energy. Reduce your expenses with electrical energy label or turning off appliances completely (not standby mode).

Waste. Encourage the separation of garbage and recycling.
Materials. Reused whenever possible (paper, toys, tools, furniture …) and avoid using bags, boxes and packaging.
Water. Reduce their consumption by placing, for example, bottles in the tanks.
Irrigation. Minimize the risk of promoting gardens and drip system.
Urbanise. Just knowing where to be water enough in the long term. In many cases where licensing is no water.
Nature. Respect the protected areas and minimize the impact on natural areas.
Casas. Constructed with good thermal insulating materials to investing in heating and air conditioning is less

Slits. Improve insulation in windows and doors because between 5% and 10% of household heat escapes through them.
Photovoltaic solar panels connected to the mains.
Alternative energy. Give more value and be willing to finance them. If all the support, will be profitable, even more expensive.
Taxes. Allow the allocation of resources for conservation.
Floor. Minimize changes in land use and, in general, the artificial soil.
Impact. Giving more importance to the analysis of environmental impacts and consider alternatives expensive but environmentally friendly
Species. Not transferred outside their place of origin.
Invaders. Do not hold pets and pets. Can be invasive species.
Chemicals. Minimize use of chemical compounds such as antibiotics, fertilizers … and aerosols.
Educating children in the value of goods we offer ecosystems.
Governments. Require long-term sustainable management of natural resources.

Let’s see if we all improve the world in which we live.

We are having no time to save our earth. We are in the peak time to save our earth. Every year 2% warm ness of the earth is getting increased. In last 30 years, Antarctica has lost its 10% snow. 30% snow got melted in recent past years. So, we need to go for global warming prevention.

Reduce Pollution
We need to reduce pollution for saving our earth. Pollution can be prevented by less uses of vehicles and smoke. Don’t burn plastics and any chemical things, it creates huge pollution, and it becomes resultant of global warming. Factories and companies are also responsible for pollution. Try to discover techniques to lower the pollution.

Space Heating Gadgets
We should not use heating gadgets like heater, and water heater, room heater or other equipments. By these gadgets, earth is getting high temperature and smoke.

Refrigerator
We should not use refrigerator and AC. These equipments find out bad air, which adversely effect on the nature. It is really bad for earth. AC and refrigerator bad air makes holes in Ozone layer and it is really bad for our earth temperature.

Be Aware
Every Person should be aware with nature. If every person will help to nature then nature will start help to human and with the help of these processes. We can save our self from global warming.
